Have you ever had a girlfriend that was high maintenance?

2016-03-20: Im back for another try with Altamail after a last straw exit years ago. Recently, I have wanted to add my company Logo to my email signature block. Altamail is the only app I have found that can do this. I spent hours trying to get iOS mail to do it properly but the logo eventually disappears. Now that I am trying Altamail again, I am pleasantly surprised at all the improvements that have been made since giving up on it years ago.

OLD Review: I notice that at least one other has found Altamail does not work with verizon anymore. I realize this program must be a difficult and vast undertaking to write and maintain. Bugs are addressed causing more bugs needing to be fixed. I just woke up one morning, tried to access my verizon email and it didnt work anymore. I had not made any setting changes so I chalk it up to something verizon or Altamail did to cause it. By the way, I run concurrent apps for email and all of them worked and continue to work. I have been dealing with this working/notworking situation for at least 2yrs now and have wasted too much time trying to solve a lineage of problems that never end. I need an app to be reliable and not continuously needing maintenance, therefore I am going back to iOS Mail. The additional features offered with Altamail are not worth the constant breakdowns and inadequate help from Customer service. "The Lights are on but nobody is home". If they dont know the answer they blame it on me for not having the right settings. I would guess that my problem could be solved by deleting my verizon accounts and then setting them up (as I have had to do many times before!) again but of course, when you do that, all the downloaded emails associated with those accounts are also deleted and who knows if it will or will not work after, or 3mos. later.
