PLEASE stop asking me to rate your app before I can even get to my emails!!

Really, really irritating & frustrating. I cant assess the app until Ive tried it, and when the "rate this app" window comes up (and wont let me access my email until Ive given a rating) I just want to shut the app down again. I will be deleting unless this is addressed in an update soon; Im only keeping it for now because Id like to find out whether any of the great reviews are true.
